We can get sometimes get stuck because we think that what we want to accomplish is just too big or too likely to go wrong. We do not need the lesson of “make a plan and stick with it.” Even the thought of planning is too much, too uncomfortable.
To get going in cases like this, use simple planning: build a compelling picture of the desired outcome, decide the very next, most atomic step, do that one atomic step, see what you’ve learned, and repeat.
