Beyond the current conflicts and misunderstandings at work, beneath the fights going on at city hall or around the world, and beside any labels that create an “us” and a “them”, there is an approach.
This approach is vastly more powerful than the force driving the conflict, the fights, and the us-them.
Though we tend to think that our choices are limited to fighting, fleeing, or going numb, all that we need to deploy this powerful approach is already inside all of us.
When you use this approach, others will follow.
Very powerful.
