We can sum up the seven Effectiveness Habits in one statement: Relax into productivity.
This sounds like a koan. A koan is an apparently nonsensical story or paradoxical question that points to a hidden and more useful way of considering things. “How can one relax into productivity?”
We are so used to feeling and reacting to the pressure that the idea of relaxing into productivity is just silly. We feel the pressure (maybe that’s an important enough concept to capitalize: The Pressure) then habitually push harder or avoid. And both of those reactions steal energy, focus, time, and joy-in-life-along-the-way. Yuck.
Use the Effectiveness Habits to solve the riddle of Relaxing into Productivity.
To your continued success,
