Road to Success

You’d be forgiven for thinking that the best roads to success in business are named Battle, Struggle, and Competition.

You are better off, of course, taking an alternate route. “Win-win (or don’t play)” works more advantageously. You get far richer solutions when you ask the question, “What can we do that fulfills your interests and mine?” And because no one has lost, everyone benefits from continuing down this road.
