What NOT To Do When Overwhelmed

bonkers

We could blame others, ourselves, or the situation. But things would get worse if we did.

We might try working harder. But we would only succeed in digging ourselves deeper into the hole.

Ignoring the sense of being overwhelmed or pretending we are not overwhelmed might be the strategies to choose. But they at best delay us dealing with the overwhelm and its causes.

So, what should we do when overwhelmed?

Find any way to raise our buzz, to feel good. Then to act as newly inspired.

In your corner,

Mike

PS: We are coming to learn that nothing is more important. Feel good. Feel good. Even a little bit to start. Feel good.

PPS: There is nothing wrong with you, others, or the situation. I promise. It just looks that way when we’re in overwhelm.
