Influence Begins in the Cellar

Our ability to influence (convince, educate, sell, lead) others is directly related to our ability to grow our bonds with them. Like constructing a building with an inadequate foundation, our attempts to influence others will collapse unless we first build and forever nurture the bonds of respect, care, and love between us.

We can repair or grow our bonds with anyone at any time. Warm handshakes, friendly smiles, and good listening are some of the simplest and most effective bricks we can use in this foundation.

In your corner,

Mike
