The sages tell us that we get what we focus on. That means that focusing on a problem has an odd but reliable way of continuing the problem. And quietly anticipating everything working out–even if we can’t tell how it will all work out yet or why our focus has anything to do with it–speeds solutions our way.
This is counter to what we were taught growing up (usually having something to do with struggle, striving, and strain). But it’s a damn easier way to get the results we want, don’t you think?
