Here is a subtly powerful buzz-raising tool. It’s especially useful should we ever find we can’t seem to make the other tools work.
The Fade: Think of something you want that seems impossible or that you’ve been wanting for a long time. Now think of one obstacle that prevents that something from happening. Note how you feel when you consider that obstacle. Get quiet, close your eyes. Picture the obstacle or the words describing the obstacle in front of you. Then picture the obstacle or words fading peacefully away. Spend about 30 seconds doing this. Note how you feel now. Repeat until you’re feeling good again. Use whenever.
