It turns out that some of us were never told: work is meant to be fun. It is meant to have meaning, growth, good people, and rewards.
If we find that our work is not fun, there are several things we can do. We can set a new goal, find more people we enjoy working with, shift the way we get things done, or adjust our perspective by raising our buzz.
